How soon after Apache Fineract releases a new version does Finecko make it available?

Before rolling out any new version, the Finecko technical team conducts thorough testing to ensure stability and compatibility. Minor version upgrades are typically available within a few days, while major upgrades (which may include breaking changes) can take up to a few weeks to be fully validated and released.

Are upgrades applied automatically?

• Free and Starter plans: Upgrades are applied automatically to ensure you always benefit from the latest features, security patches, and improvements. We will notify you in advance before the upgrade.

• Professional and Enterprise plans: You stay in control. We notify you about upcoming upgrades, coordinate timing, and assist with the upgrade process to align with your business needs and testing cycles.

What happens if a critical security vulnerability is discovered?

If a critical vulnerability (such as a CVE – Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures) is identified that cannot be resolved without an upgrade, Finecko may apply a security update automatically, regardless of the plan. We will always notify you before such updates take place.
